Interview with David Haas on his 20th anniversary
We congratulate David Haas on his 20th company anniversary and are proud of our loyal employee. In the interview, David explains some exciting questions about the stages in the company up to his current area of responsibility: field service.
We look forward to many more successful years and say thank you for 20 years of Roser AG
Roser: ou have been a loyal employee for 20 years. What positions have you held and what is your current position? What exactly do you associate with the company?
David: I started twenty years ago as a cutter and warehouseman. A good 3 years later, I took over as team leader in the warehouse. In 2012, I then switched to sales, specialising in doors. This January, I have now taken on the role of sales representative.
Roser: What event in particular has stayed with you throughout this time?
David: The appointment of Andi Manger as Managing Director in 2007 has stayed with me to this day. Also because he challenged and encouraged me over the years.
Roser: What has changed in the twenty years and what has perhaps even stayed the same?
David: It would be difficult to list everything. With Martin Roser, Andi Manger and now Tobias Scherg, I was able to get to know three different managing directors. Mr Manger and later also Tobias together with Patrick brought in their own ideas.
While Andi Manger showed us how to think outside the box, Tobias and Patrick developed the strategy and organisation further and pushed ahead with digitalisation. They also gave me the chance to utilise my knowledge and good customer contacts in the sales force. What has always remained the same is the good team spirit in the company.
Roser: Today, it is common practice to change jobs every three to five years. Why hasn't that been an option for you so far?
David: I would be lying if I said that I never considered changing jobs. But in the end, I've always remembered what I've built up here. I can also say that I have always been able to develop with the support of the company.
Roser: What is your personal wish for the future?
David: I would like to contribute to the long-term success of Roser with my new role in the sales force.
Roser: What would you like to say in conclusion?
David: I would like to thank everyone who has supported me over the years. Especially Andi Manger, who has always supported me since 2007, as well as Tobias Scherg and Patrick Altherr, who have made a significant contribution to where I am today.
