A masterpiece in wood: parquet flooring from Roser AG for Raiffeisenbank Allschwil-Schönenbuch
We are pleased to present a special highlight of our work: An innovative oak parquet floor, installed during the remodelling of the Raiffeisenbank Allschwil-Schönenbuch. This project was realised in close collaboration with the renowned interior designer Samantha Lassoudry from Lassoudry architects+designers, who is known for her innovative and sophisticated design solutions.
The professional installation and realisation of the parquet flooring was carried out by Stücker, Reinach, whose craftsmanship and precision contributed significantly to the success of this project.
Industrial charm meets elegance
The parquet floor, a 3-strip ship floor, embodies a strong industrial look thanks to its reclaimed wood design with authentic water marks and saw marks. These features are not accidental, but the result of a careful natural drying process that gives the wood its wild and modern look. The surface of the oak parquet has been hand-finished - brushed and treated with a white wax-oil finish that not only provides protection, but also emphasises the rustic texture while giving the wooden floor a fresh and confident look.

With its used look and irregular textures, the 4 mm thick oak top layer shows that true beauty lies in the perfection of imperfection.
