Accoya® belongs to durability class 1 - the highest level in wood assessment. This means: a guarantee of 50 years without ground contact and 25 years with direct ground contact or in fresh water. Even under extreme weather conditions, Accoya® remains durable without any loss of quality.

Processing & care
Accoya® is easy to process and can be worked with standard woodworking machines.
A coating is not technically required, but can be applied as desired for a customised look.
Accoya® develops a natural silvery-grey patina through weathering, which emphasises the authentic character of the wood.
