In an exciting development for our customers, we proudly announce the increase of the STAR POINTS SYSTEM in our web shop. This innovative system is our way of thanking you for your loyalty and making your shopping experience even more rewarding. By collecting stars, you can benefit, become a club member and enjoy even more advantages.
Roser stars:
- Collect points: For every order worth CHF 200, you will be credited with a Roser star.
- Article exceptions: Certain net articles (%) are excluded from the bonus, but contribute to the turnover share in the web shop.
- Calculation and awarding: The Roser stars are calculated and awarded based on the invoiced turnover.
- Special promotions: During the course of the financial year, Roser AG offers promotions during which you can collect additional Roser Stars.
- Transparency: Your current Roser star status can be viewed at any time in the web shop.
- Year-end bonus: At the end of the year, collected Roser stars are rewarded with CHF 2.80 per star and credited to your account. If the value of your stars is less than CHF 100.00, they will be carried over to the next year.
Roser Stars Club:
Club membership:
Become a club member by collecting at least 140 Roser stars and achieving more than 50% of your total sales via the web shop.
Status and bonus stars: You can achieve different statuses depending on your star level on 31 December:
- Diamond status: From 950 stars, you will receive an additional club star for every 8 stars you collect.
- Platinum status: From 450 stars, you will receive an additional Club star for every 9 stars you collect.
- Gold status: From 140 stars, you will receive an additional club star for every 10 stars you collect.
Increased star value: As a club member, the value of a Roser star is CHF 4.50 at the end of the year.
These attractive incentives are part of our initiative to make online shopping more attractive and to thank you for your loyalty.
