Patrick:
"My name is Patrick Monteiro, I am 39 years old, happily married and the father of three wonderful children. I trained as a warehouse logistics specialist at the company Götz & Moritz in Lörrach. I then worked in the warehouse at Bayer before joining Roser as Head of Operations/Logistics HWS.

In my free time, everything revolves around my family. We spend a lot of time at playgrounds, the zoo or the swimming pool - these are my favourite hobbies. Family comes first for me, and that's exactly what motivates me in my job.

I look forward to contributing my experience and commitment to grow and learn together with the Roser AG team.

At the same time, we would like to take this opportunity to report on an exciting development within the company: Tobias Ackermann, who previously held the current position of Head of Operations/Logistics HWS, has been promoted to Head of Technical Support/Cutting/Projects, Sales HWS. In his new role, Tobias will focus more on administrative and planning activities, which will be a great addition to the Operations/Logistics team.
