Characteristic and wood color
Thuja burl spreads a pleasant odour when worked, is finely grown and has a medium brown to chocolate brown colour. The burl wood is structured by fine eyes and is often cracked. The processing must be carried out very carefully, a pleasant aromatic smell is released.
