Lightly knotty oak veneer for the Obesunne care home

Project overview: Renovation of entrance area and cafeteria - Obesunne Foundation

Client:Obesunne Foundation
Architecture:47 7 Architekten
Joinery: Schreinerei Weber
Veneer supplier and consultant: Roser AG

The Obesunne Foundation commissioned the remodelling of its entrance area and cafeteria to make its premises more modern and inviting. Roser AG was selected as the specialist for high-quality veneer solutions for this important project.

In close collaboration with the Obesunne Foundation, 47 7 Architekten and Schreinerei Weber, the materials were selected at konzept.raum. With the expert advice of Fabian Sager from Roser AG, those involved decided in favour of the "light knotty oak" veneer, a choice that enriches the room with its natural warmth and texture. The originally planned plain oak style was discarded after detailed consultation and several variations presented.

Roser AG not only supplied the selected veneer and the fixed mass, but also produced specially customised ready-veneered panels that were tailored precisely to the customer's requirements and wishes. This customised solution enabled a precise and high-quality implementation of the project design.

The result of the project exceeded all expectations. The enthusiastic reception of the veneer and the completion of the premises have led to a visibly improved atmosphere, which is highly appreciated by the users and visitors of the Obesunne Foundation. The positive feedback confirms the excellent choice of material and the expertise of Roser AG.
